Thursday 26.3.2020

I hope you're all well and staying safe; I know we are all starting to notice the drastic change in routine and it's not easy.

We all need days to have a little break and do things that make us happy so here are some activities you can choose from for today, the aim is for you to have fun, spend time with your family/siblings and ultimately make you smile. I don't mind which activities you choose to complete just make sure you show me what you're up to- I really enjoyed seeing your photos yesterday.

- Make a cake

- Play a board game as a family

- Complete a puzzle

- Go on a run/ dog walk

- Tune into Joe Wicks on YouTube

- Listen to David Walliams read (link on class page)

- Build a den (inside or outside!)

- Have a go at the lego challenge on the 'Fun Challenges' page

The list could go on but have fun with whatever you choose to do!

Here is one activity I would like you to have a go at (don't worry, it's not difficult!):

I took Paddy (my dog) for a walk last night and it really made me smile to see so many paintings and drawings in people's windows. Most people had drawn/made rainbows as a sign that there will be 'a rainbow after the storm'; although things aren't very nice now, they will get better!

If you can, have a go at painting, drawing, collaging your own rainbow to put in your front window- you never know, you may brighten somebody's day!

Keep safe and keep smiling smiley
